24 Convention on the Rights of the Child
(1)
The Commissioner must, as appropriate, have regard to the Convention on the Rights of the Child in the performance of functions:
(a)
conferred by or under this Act; and
(b)
in relation to Australian children.
(2)
Subsection (1) does not limit the matters to which the Commissioner may have regard.
