Act to bind the Crown

In force

(1)

This Act binds the Crown in right of the Commonwealth, of each of the States and of an internal Territory that has been established as a body politic.

(2)

Nothing in this Act renders the Crown in right of the Commonwealth, of a State or of an internal Territory liable to be prosecuted for an offence.
