65B Ozone Protection and SGG Account
(1)
The old account is continued in existence as the Ozone Protection and SGG Account.
(2)
The Account is a special account for the purposes of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013.
(3)
In this section:
old account means the account that was in existence immediately before the commencement of this section under the Part VIIIA of this Act that was repealed by the Ozone Protection and Synthetic Greenhouse Gas Legislation Amendment Act 2003.
