65G Disclosure of relevant information to State or Territory government body
The Minister may disclose relevant information to a State or Territory government body if:
the Minister reasonably believes that the disclosure of the information is necessary for the purposes of:
the Minister performing functions, or exercising powers, under this Act; or
the administration of a State or Territory law; and
the State or Territory government body has undertaken not to use or further disclose the information except in accordance with an agreement that:
is in force between the Commonwealth and the State or Territory; and
applies in relation to the information; and
the Minister is satisfied that the information will be used and further disclosed only in accordance with the agreement.
