69B Deductions relating to debt owed to the Commonwealth
The Secretary may deduct an amount from an instalment that is payable to a person if:
(a)
a determination under section 190A has been made in relation to the person; and
(b)
the deduction is made in accordance with the determination, as made or varied under that section.
