Functions of the CEO

Current

The functions of the CEO are:

(a)

to manage the affairs of the PWSS and IPSC; and

(b)

to ensure the PWSS performs its functions; and

(ba)

to assist the IPSC and the Commissioners to perform their functions and exercise their powers; and

(c)

any other functions conferred on the CEO by or under this Act or another law of the Commonwealth.
