3 Objects of this Act
The objects of this Act are:
(a)
to support safe and respectful workplaces for parliamentarians, MOPS employees and other Commonwealth parliamentary workplace participants; and
(b)
to support positive cultural change in those workplaces; and
(c)
to provide centralised human resources support to parliamentarians and MOPS employees; and
(d)
to promote and enforce compliance by Commonwealth parliamentary workplace participants with the Behaviour Codes.
