121 Counter‑claim for revocation of patent
(1)
A defendant in infringement proceedings may apply by way of counter‑claim in the proceedings for the revocation of the patent.
(2)
The provisions of this Act relating to proceedings for the revocation of a patent apply, with the necessary changes, to a counter‑claim.
