25 Staff of authority
Subject to this section, the Authority may appoint such officers and engage such employees as it thinks necessary for the purposes of this Act.
The terms and conditions of employment of persons appointed or engaged under sub-section (1) shall be as determined by the Authority.
In making a determination with respect to the terms and conditions of employment of officers and employees of the Authority who are performing duties that are comparable with the duties performed by officers included in a class of officers of the Australian Public Service, the Authority shall have regard to the terms and conditions of employment of the officers included in that class.
