47 Notice of grant of PBR
(1)
The Registrar must, as soon as possible after granting PBR to a person, give public notice of the grant in the Plant Varieties Journal.
(2)
The Registrar must, as soon as possible after the making of a declaration that a plant variety is an essentially derived variety of another plant variety, give public notice of the making of the declaration in the Plant Varieties Journal.
