58 Registrar of Plant Breeder’s Rights
(1)
There is established by this section a Registrar of Plant Breeder’s Rights.
(2)
The office of the Registrar of Plant Breeder’s Rights is an office in the Department.
(3)
The Registrar has the functions and powers that are conferred on the Registrar by this Act or by the regulations.
