53 Notification of certain decisions
(1)
This section applies to a reviewable decision of a kind referred to in paragraph (c), (d), (e) or (f) of the definition of reviewable decision in subsection 4(1).
(2)
As soon as practicable after making the decision, the Board must give the person affected by the decision a written notice advising the person of the decision and of the Board’s reasons for making it.
(3)
A failure to comply with subsection (2) in relation to a reviewable decision does not affect the validity of the decision.
