Postal and Telecommunications Commissions (Transitional Provisions) Act 1975

The Minister may, by instrument under his or her hand, delegate to an officer, either generally or otherwise as provided by the instrument of delegation, all or any of his or her powers under this Act (except this power of delegation).

A Commission may, by instrument under its seal, delegate to a Commissioner, to the Chief General Manager, or to an officer or employee of the Commission, either generally or otherwise as provided by the instrument of delegation, all or any of its powers under this Act (except this power of delegation).

A delegation under this section is revocable at will and does not prevent the exercise of a power by the Minister or the Commission, as the case may be.
