Levy already imposed

Charge is not imposed on wool if levy has already been imposed on the wool under Division 18 of Part 1‑4 of Schedule 1 to the Primary Industries (Excise) Levies Regulations 2024.
Charge previously imposed
(2)
Charge is not imposed by clause 18‑1 on particular wool if charge under that clause has previously been imposed on the wool.
