26 Commencement of annual operational plan etc
(1)
An annual operational plan for an R&D Corporation comes into operation on the first day of the period to which the plan relates.
(2)
Before the plan comes into operation, the Corporation must provide a copy of the plan to:
(a)
the Minister; and
(b)
each of the representative organisations of the Corporation.
