51 Conduct of meetings
(1)
An R&D Corporation may, subject to this Division, regulate proceedings at its meetings as it considers appropriate.
(2)
Without limiting subsection (1), an R&D Corporation may permit a director to participate in a meeting by telephone or any other means of communication.
(3)
A director who is permitted to participate in a meeting under subsection (2) is to be regarded as being present at that meeting.
