323-23 Terms and conditions on subsequent use or disclosure following an authorised disclosure under section 323‑15 or 323‑20
(1)
The Secretary of the Department may, by instrument in writing, specify terms and conditions subject to which information that is *disclosed to a person under section 323‑15 or 323‑20 may be *used or disclosed by the person.
(2)
Without limiting subsection (1), the instrument may require the person to give an undertaking in writing with respect to the *use or *disclosure of the information by the person, which may include an undertaking not to disclose any of the information to any other person.
(3)
An instrument under subsection (1) is not a legislative instrument.
