112AA Corporate plan
A strategic plan prepared under section 112 is not a corporate plan for the purposes of section 35 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013.
The Performance Authority CEO must also prepare a corporate plan under that section.
Subsection 35(3) of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 (which deals with the Australian Government’s key priorities and objectives) does not apply to a corporate plan prepared by the Performance Authority CEO.
