In performing its duties and functions, the Commission must take account of the corporate plan prepared by the President under section 35 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 that is in force.

Omit “annual reports under”, substitute “the annual reports mentioned in”.
264 Paragraph 20(2)(d)
Repeal the paragraph, substitute:
the information officer fails, without reasonable excuse, to comply with section 29 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 (which deals with the duty to disclose interests) or rules made for the purposes of that section.
