48 Disclosure of interests to the Minister
A disclosure by an ADRVP member under section 29 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 (which deals with the duty to disclose interests) must be made to the Minister.
Subsection (1) applies in addition to any rules made for the purposes of that section.
For the purposes of this Act and the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013, the ADRVP member is taken not to have complied with section 29 of that Act if the member does not comply with subsection (1) of this section.

Insert:
the ADRVP member fails, without reasonable excuse, to comply with section 29 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 (which deals with the duty to disclose interests) or rules made for the purposes of that section; or
450 Sections 74 and 75
Repeal the sections, substitute:
