49 Annual report
The annual report prepared by the Director and given to the Minister under section 46 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 for a period must include:
if a grant was made to a person during the period:
the name of the person; and
the amount of the grant; and
the purpose of the grant; and
any other matter prescribed by the regulations.
