Application of the finance law

In force

For the purposes of the finance law (within the meaning of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013):

(a)

ComSuper is a listed entity; and

(b)

the CEO is the accountable authority of ComSuper; and

(c)

the following persons are officials of ComSuper:

(i)

the CEO;

(ii)

the staff of ComSuper;

(iii)

consultants engaged under section 20; and

(d)

the purposes of ComSuper include:

(i)

the function of ComSuper referred to in section 6; and

(ii)

the function of the CEO referred to in section 8; and

(iii)

the functions conferred on the CEO by any other law of the Commonwealth.
