Public Governance, Performance and Accountability (Consequential and Transitional Provisions) Act 2014

the Authority is a listed entity; and

the CEO is the accountable authority of the Authority; and

the following persons are officials of the Authority:

the CEO;

the other commissioners;

the AFMA staff members;

consultants engaged under subsection 69(1);

persons engaged under contract to assist the Authority; and

the purposes of the Authority include:

the objectives referred to in section 6; and

the functions of the Authority referred to in section 7.

For the purposes of the finance law (within the meaning of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013):

the Agency is a listed entity; and

the Chair is the accountable authority of the Agency; and

the following persons are officials of the Agency:

the Chair;

the staff of the Future Fund Management Agency;

consultants engaged under subsection 78(1);

persons whose services are made available to the Agency under subsection 78(3); and

the purposes of the Agency include the functions of the Agency referred to in section 75.

For the purposes of the finance law (within the meaning of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013):

the Office is a listed entity; and

the Official Secretary is the accountable authority of the Office; and

the persons referred to in subsection (2) are officials of the Office; and

the purposes of the Office include the functions of the Office referred to in subsection (3).

The Authority does not have a legal identity separate from the Commonwealth.

For the purposes of the finance law (within the meaning of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013):

the Authority is a listed entity; and

the Chairperson is the accountable authority of the Authority; and

the following persons are officials of the Authority:

the Chairperson;

the other members;

the staff of the Authority referred to in subsection 40(1);

persons engaged under section 41; and

the purposes of the Authority include the functions of the Authority referred to in section 7.
