Public Governance, Performance and Accountability (Consequential and Transitional Provisions) Act 2014

the following group of persons is a listed entity:

the Director;

persons engaged under the Public Service Act 1999 to assist the Director; and

the listed entity is to be known as the Bureau of Meteorology; and

the Director is the accountable authority of the listed entity; and

the persons referred to in paragraph (a) are officials of the listed entity; and

the purposes of the listed entity include the functions of the Bureau referred to in section 6.

For the purposes of the finance law (within the meaning of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013):

the NBA is a listed entity; and

the General Manager is the accountable authority of the NBA; and

the following persons are officials of the NBA:

the General Manager;

the NBA staff;

consultants engaged under section 37; and

the purposes of the NBA include the functions of the NBA referred to in section 8.

For the purposes of the finance law (within the meaning of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013):

the NHMRC is a listed entity; and

the CEO is the accountable authority of the NHMRC; and

the following persons are officials of the NHMRC:

the CEO;

the members of the Council;

the members of a committee;

the staff of the NHMRC;

the Commissioner;

consultants engaged under section 46;

persons whose services are made available to the NHMRC under section 48 (other than a person who is an inspector within the meaning of the Research Involving Human Embryos Act 2002); and

the purposes of the NHMRC include:

the function of the NHMRC referred to in section 5C; and

the functions of the CEO referred to in section 7; and

the functions of the Council referred to in section 21; and

the functions of a committee established under subsection 35(1), 35(5) or 39(1) (including the functions of the Embryo Research Licensing Committee of the NHMRC referred to in section 14 of the Research Involving Human Embryos Act 2002); and

the functions of the Commissioner referred to in section 56.

The Embryo Research Licensing Committee of the NHMRC is a Principal Committee (see subsection 13(2) of the Research Involving Human Embryos Act 2002).

For the purposes of the finance law (within the meaning of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013):

the Funding Body is a listed entity; and

the Funding Body CEO is the accountable authority of the Funding Body; and

the following persons are officials of the Funding Body:

the Funding Body CEO;

the staff of the Funding Body;

persons whose services are made available to the Funding Body under section 265;

consultants engaged under section 266; and

the purposes of the Funding Body include the function of the Funding Body referred to in section 252.
