32 Protection of witnesses
A person shall not:
(a)
use violence to or inflict injury on;
(b)
cause violence, damage, loss or disadvantage to; or
(c)
cause the punishment of;
a person for or on account of his or her having appeared, or being about to appear, as a witness before the Committee or for or on account of any evidence lawfully given by him or her before the Committee.
Penalty: Imprisonment for 12 months or 4 penalty units.
