Minister or CEO may direct that activities not be carried out

Current

If a fee under this Act is due and payable by a person (the debtor), the following persons may refuse to carry out, and direct a person not to carry out, specified activities or kinds of activities in relation to the debtor under this Act until the fee has been paid:

(a)

for a fee charged in relation to an accredited voluntary arrangement—the Minister;

(b)

for all other fees—the CEO.
