31 Revocation of exemption
(1)
The Minister may revoke an exemption that is in force under this Part.
(2)
In considering whether to revoke an exemption, the Minister must have regard to:
(a)
the objects of this Act; and
(b)
the matters (if any) prescribed by the rules.
(3)
If the Minister decides to revoke an exemption, the Minister must give the holder of the exemption a written notice stating the following:
(a)
that the exemption is revoked;
(b)
the reasons for the revocation;
(c)
the day the revocation takes effect.
