86 Reviewing approved co‑regulatory arrangements
(1)
The CEO must review the operation of an approved co‑regulatory arrangement before the end of:
(a)
5 years starting on the day the arrangement is approved; and
(b)
each successive 5‑year period.
(2)
Subsection (1) does not limit:
(a)
the CEO’s ability to review the operation of an approved co‑regulatory arrangement at any other time; or
(b)
the CEO’s power under section 87 to cancel the approval of a co‑regulatory arrangement.
