A court is a relevant court in relation to a matter that arises because of:
the exercise of powers by a person under this Part to determine:
whether a provision subject to monitoring under this Part has been, or is being, complied with; or
whether information subject to monitoring under this Part is correct; or
a matter subject to monitoring under this Part; or
the exercise of powers, or the performance of functions or duties, under this Part that are incidental to the powers mentioned in paragraph (a);
if an Act provides that the court is a relevant court in relation to that provision, information or matter for the purposes of this Part.
