Publication of determinations made by the Tribunal under this Division

In force

The Tribunal must ensure that a determination made by the Tribunal under this Division is published in the Gazette, and on the Tribunal’s website, within 14 days after it is made.

Note 1:

A determination made by the Tribunal under this Division must be in writing and comes into operation on the date specified in the determination: see subsection 7(5).

Note 2:

The Tribunal must give the Minister a copy of each determination made by the Tribunal under this Division: see subsection 7(6).
