10 Applying for registration
(1)
A person may apply to the Regulator to be registered.
(2)
The application must:
(a)
be made in a form and manner required by the Regulator; and
(b)
contain any information required by the Regulator; and
(c)
be accompanied by any documents required by the Regulator; and
(d)
be accompanied by the fee (if any) prescribed by the regulations for the making of applications for registration.
