28 Regulator to be notified
The Regulator must be notified of each transfer of a certificate.
The notification must be by electronic transmission in the manner determined, in writing, by the Regulator.
The notification must be accompanied by the fee (if any) prescribed by the regulations for the purposes of this subsection.
When the Regulator is notified, the Regulator must alter the register of certificates to show the transferee as the owner of the certificate.
This section does not apply in relation to a transfer of a small‑scale technology certificate by or to the Regulator under subsection 30N(2) or 30P(4).
