40B Regulator to publish estimate of small‑scale technology percentage
(1)
Before 31 March in each year, the Regulator must publish on its website an estimate of the small‑scale technology percentage for each of the next 2 years.
(2)
An estimate published under this section:
(a)
does not in any way bind the Regulator, the Commonwealth or any other person; and
(b)
does not in any way affect the determination of a liable entity’s liability to small‑scale technology shortfall charge for a year.
