19BD Invitation for requests for determination
(1)
The Regulator must, at intervals of not more than 6 months, invite persons to make requests under subregulation 19BC(1).
(2)
The invitation must:
(a)
be published on the Regulator’s website; and
(b)
include a 30 day period in which requests are to be made.
