31 Part 7 not to limit other inspections
Nothing in regulation 30 prevents small generation units for which certificates have been created from:
(a)
being inspected under this Part at any time that the Regulator considers it is appropriate or necessary to do so; or
(b)
being inspected as part of an audit under Part 11 of the Act.
