(1)
The Secretary must keep a register, to be known as the Register of Specialist and Enthusiast Vehicles (the SEVs Register).
Note:
The SEVs Register relates to one of the eligibility criteria of the concessional RAV entry approval pathway.
(2)
The SEVs Register is to be kept in electronic form.
(3)
The SEVs Register is to be made available on the Department’s website.
