38 Decisions at meetings etc
(1)
At a meeting, a question is decided by a two‑thirds majority of the votes of the voting members present and voting.
(2)
However, if the question relates to the model WHS legislative framework, the question is decided by:
(a)
a two‑thirds majority of the votes of the voting members present and voting; and
(b)
a majority of the votes of all of the voting members who represent the Commonwealth, States and Territories.
Note:
The voting members who represent the Commonwealth, States and Territories are those members referred to in paragraphs 10(1)(b) and (c).
