65 Credits to the Account
There must be credited to the Account amounts equal to the following:
amounts that are paid by a State or Territory to the Commonwealth in accordance with the Intergovernmental Agreement;
amounts that the Commonwealth agrees to allocate in accordance with the Intergovernmental Agreement;
any other amounts that are paid by a State or Territory to the Commonwealth for the purpose of the performance of Safe Work Australia’s functions;
any other amounts that the Commonwealth agrees to allocate for the purpose of the performance of Safe Work Australia’s functions;
amounts of any gifts given or bequests made for the purposes of the Account.
An Appropriation Act may contain a provision to the effect that, if any of the purposes of a special account is a purpose that is covered by an item in the Appropriation Act (whether or not the item expressly refers to the special account), then amounts may be debited against the appropriation for that item and credited to that special account.
