114 Changes to approved school determinations—location change proposals
(1)
Subsection (2) applies in relation to a school that is approved for the purposes of this Act for a level of education at a location.
(2)
This Subdivision applies in relation to a proposal to approve the school for:
(a)
a new level of education at that location; or
(b)
education, or a level of education, at another location.
