In force

The Governor‑General may make regulations prescribing matters:

(a)

required or permitted by this Act to be prescribed; or

(b)

necessary or convenient to be prescribed for carrying out or giving effect to this Act.

Note 1:

Note 2:

SES score is short for Socio‑Economic Status score. For the determination of a school’s SES score, see Division 11 of Part 4.

Note 3:

AGSRC is short for Average Government School Recurrence Costs. The AGSRC for a particular level of education is set out in section 36.
