SES scores—determination of changes

(1)

The Minister may, by determination, vary an SES score determination.

Note:

The Minister must give notice of the variation to the approved authority of the school concerned (see section 82).

(2)

However, the Minister may only vary an SES score determination if required or permitted to do so by another provision of this Act.

Note:

For the circumstances in which the Minister may vary SES score determinations, see Subdivision D (SES score changes on application by school), section 81 (clerical or formal changes) and section 166 (false or misleading statements).
