Applicants
(1)
The approved authority of the school may apply to the Minister for approval of the proposal.
Contents of applications
(2)
An application under this section must:
(a)
be in writing; and
(b)
set out the name and location of the school and of the approved authority of the school; and
(c)
if the school is a member of an approved school system—set out the name of the approved school system; and
(d)
set out the reasons why the approved authority considers the SES score should be changed.
