Sea Installations Act 1987

Where the Minister or an inspector makes a decision of a kind referred to in subsection 75(1) and gives to a person whose interests are affected by the decision notice in writing of the making of the decision, that notice shall include a statement to the effect that:

subject to the Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024, application may be made by or on behalf of that person to the Administrative Review Tribunal for review of that decision; and

application may be made in accordance with section 268 of that Act by or on behalf of that person for a statement of reasons (within the meaning of that Act).

Any contravention of subsection (1) in relation to a decision does not affect the validity of the decision.
