28 Application of Division
This Division applies to a subpoena, issued by a court or an authority, that is addressed to a person:
(a)
who is not in prison; or
(b)
who is in prison but who need neither attend before the court or authority for the purpose of complying with the subpoena nor give oral evidence, by audio link or audiovisual link, to the court or authority.
