9 Special Account is not a superannuation fund
Special Account is not a superannuation fund
(1)
For the purposes of a law of the Commonwealth:
(a)
the Special Account is taken not to be a superannuation fund; and
(b)
the scheme embodied in this Act is taken not to be a superannuation scheme.
Avoidance of doubt
(2)
Subsection (1) is enacted to avoid doubt.
