Subdivision BOther borrowing transactions
17 Borrowing transactions
(1)
For the purposes of this Subdivision, a borrowing transaction of the Authority is:
(a)
a loan; or
(b)
any other transaction that gives rise to a borrowing.
(2)
For the purposes of this section, borrowing includes borrowing by the issue of stock under regulations made under the Snowy Mountains Hydro‑electric Power Act 1949.
