52 Modification by regulations of Income Tax Assessment Acts as applying to Snowy Hydro Company
(1)
The regulations may provide that the application of the Income Tax Assessment Act 1936 and the Income Tax Assessment Act 1997 to the Snowy Hydro Company is subject to such modifications as are set out in the regulations.
(2)
This section has effect subject to any determinations in force under section 51.
