The Commissioner of Taxation has the general administration of this Part to the following extent:

Divisions 2 and 4;
(b)
Division 5;
(c)
Divisions 6 to 8;
(d)
section 1061ZZFO.
Note:
One effect of this is that this Part is to that extent a taxation law for the purposes of the Taxation Administration Act 1953.
