5 Declared overseas terrorist act
For the purposes of subsection 35B(1) of the Act, the following terrorist act is a declared overseas terrorist act:
(a)
the bombing outside the Sheraton Hotel in Karachi, Pakistan, at approximately 8 am on 8 May 2002.
