5 Declared overseas terrorist act
For the purposes of subsection 35B(1) of the Act, the following terrorist act is a declared overseas terrorist act:
(a)
the complex attack at the DusitD2 hotel complex in Nairobi, Kenya, from approximately 2.30 pm on 15 January 2019 to approximately 10 am on 16 January 2019.
